-          Post Game schedule and practices on PW coaches chat

-          Communicate with inter-league parks in games changes and schedule.

Information/Social Media Director: Vanessa Rivera

-          Manages league official website

-          Manages social media pages with league news, upcoming events, team pics, etc.

-          Dailey updates on game scores and standings on league website 

Equipment Director: Joe Cepeda

-          Keep inventory of all equipment

-          Responsible for allocating equipment and practice balls to each team

-          Orders baseball equipment for the park

-          Inspects playing equipment to replace if needed (especially catchers gear)
